How to I pay for classes?

You have the option to either pay for classes then you register, or wait to pay until after you attend. Instructions for how to register for classes can be found here.

What if I enroll in classes and cannot attend?

If you find that you are unable to attend a class, you can access your schedule on the NM EDGE Registration site and remove the classes. If you need assistance, please call 505-224-4059 or 505-224-4057. You will not be charged for classes that you do not attend. If you have already paid for classes and are unable to attend, please contact Lydia Duran at lydherre@nmsu.edu for refund or credit options.

How do I know if I passed the class?

All of our classes include 10 questions pre and post-tests. In order to successfully complete a class, you must attend the class in its entirety and pass the post-test with a score of 60% (6/10) or higher.

After I register, when will I get my class materials?

The Zoom link for your online classes will be emailed the day before class begins and the class materials will be emailed to all class participants on the day of class (once everyone has completed the pre-test). If you do not receive the link to your online class the day before class is scheduled, please email nmedge@nmsu.edu.

In-person class materials will be distributed the day of class.

How do I know when classes are offered?;

I think I am getting close to earning a certification. How can I know for sure?

If you have completed classes towards a certification, be sure to submit an audit during an open audit window. Our Fall Audit Window is currently closed and the Winter Audit window will b reopen from January 10th, 2023 to February 10th, 2023.

Go to the NM EDGE Student Record and Enrollment Site.

    • Using the navigation bar on the left, select Certification Audit. Use the arrow to show the menu of certification choices, select the audit you want, and then submit. Please press submit ONLY once.
  • **NOTE** If you receive a "system error" message when processing the audit request, please let us know. We recommend that you submit an audit request via email to nmedge@nmsu.edu at that time.
  • The audit is to verify that you have completed all of your classes, and to assign you an Academic Advisor to work with you on your Culminating Experience, and to prepare you for graduation.
  • For those of you who have completed all of your CPS and CPM classes, the Assessments are by invitation only, so please submit an audit and we will get back to you. Once we know who qualifies to be invited, we will notify you and set the date.
