PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Please note that the NM EDGE will conduct all meetings and classes (when possible) using the Zoom videoconferencing platform until the health emergency is lifted.

  • If you are already enrolled in classes, you will be notified within 1 week of those classes whether they will be conducted live online using Zoom and if the dates have changed. You will need the following to participate in these live online Zoom classes:
    1. 1. Access to the internet using a device/computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops, iPads or similar device have these).

      2. You will need to have a quiet spot from which to participate (no distractions in the background, please).

      3. You will take the pre and post-tests online, too, so be mindful of the screen size.

      4. You will be emailed a notification about the classes and you will need to respond back within 48 hours or you will be removed from the class.

      5. If you are able to participate, you will be emailed instructions and an access link.

      6. If you do not feel you are able to participate in these classes with the requirements as specified, you may remove yourself from the classes by logging in to your student account and clicking remove.

  • If you have already created an invoice, please email us to assist in deleting the invoice (nmedge@nmsu.edu)
  • If you are seeking recertification for your Chief Procurement Officer designation through State Purchasing and are not able to participate in a live online class, you can request a temporary waiver from State Purchasing (see the State Purchasing Division website for the Director's statement about this)
  • Please contact us with questions or concerns by emailing nmedge@nmsu.edu. We are teleworking so calling our office will delay our response to you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding and for your ongoing commitment to Better Government through Education.

    Sincerely,

    Your NM EDGE Team
